HTC VIVE®, one of the pioneering companies in the virtual reality (VR) industry, announced its partnership with iFixit, the leading supplier of spare parts, toolkits, and repair guides for today’s most widely used consumer electronics devices, via a published blog post . By offering official HTC Vive virtual reality (VR) system parts and accessories, iFixit will allow customers to extend the lifespan of out-of-warranty products while saving both time and costs related to hardware repairs and ‘downtime’.

HTC Vive customers in America can now order special spare parts for VIVE CE and VIVE PRO VR headsets, the VIVE Wireless Adapter, VIVE Tracker, and other peripherals such as wall mounts and cables. In addition, iFixit will also begin offering repair guides for headphones and original VIVE controllers.
