Developing remote assistance and training tools with augmented reality for enterprises, ScopeAR managed to secure a $9.7 million Series A investment led by Romulus Capital.

Founded in 2011, based in San Francisco with offices in Edmonton, Scope AR has previously worked with aerospace, consumer packaged goods, and manufacturing companies such as Lockheed Martin, Unilever, and Prince Castle.

The company has two main products named WorkLink and Remote AR;

With WorkLink, it allows companies to create “smart instructions” via iOS, Android, or HoloLens applications,

With Remote AR, it enables employees to collaborate remotely using AR headsets or smart devices (iOS, Android, Microsoft Surface, HoloLens, and RealWear HMT-1).
