The social and virtual sports viewing platform LiveLike has received a $9.6 million Series B investment . The platform, which also received a $5 million Series A investment in 2016, offers users the opportunity to experience sports events from your living room with your Facebook friends, from different angles, and with instant interactive information screens through the virtual suite it provides. The startup, which is certain to bring a breath of fresh air to the live broadcasting market, also seems likely to completely change advertising models from the ground up. After watching the video below, I don’t think anyone will go to the stadium to watch a match 🙂
